We are so thankful to receive a grant from the Regional District Area D Rep, Rick Fairbairn. We will be using the money for insurance, a safety/first aid kit, maps and more. This will enable us to hold fundraising events and of course get out as a society and use and maintain the trails. We’re the Monashee Trail Society and we’re excited to create an active group for all ages. We hope you’ll join us by becoming a member.
Our purpose is to create, maintain and promote a system of well designed, accessible, non-motorized trails throughout the region to foster appreciation, education, protection and enthusiasm for the natural world around us in collaboration with Indigenous, local and government organizations.
