Camel’s Hump Trail Signage

The Monashee Trail Society wants to thank The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure for adding “service attraction” signs on Highway 6 at our request. The signs lead to the parking area for the Camel’s Hump hike and can be found just East of Lumby, and on Creighton Valley Rd at the turnoff for Camel’s Hump. Also thanks to Tolko Industries White Valley Division for improvements to the Clier Lake Service Road and additional parking just 1.2kms from the Camel’s Hump Trailhead.

The Monashee Trail Society is really pleased that The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure have added “service attraction” signs on Highway 6 at our request. The signs lead to the parking area for the Camel’s Hump hike and can be found just East of Lumby, and on Creighton Valley Rd at the turnoff for Camel’s Hump.

We also met with Tolko Industries White Valley Division and had the Clier Lake Service Road improved, as well as an additional parking lot for vehicles without high clearance about 1.2kms from the Camel’s Hump Trailhead. Thank you, Tolko Industries!
